Add-ons:
1) Dogsledding on a remote glacier above Resurrection Bay, Alaska. Experience the thrill of Iditarod riders as they silently glide through gorgeous mountains in the far north. Feel the happy energy of the dogs as they can’t wait to run and enjoy the clean summer breeze. INCLUDES a helicopter ride up to the glacier!
2) Rafting on the famous Kenai River. Take a half or full day leisurely raft ride down the upper Kenai River canyon (gorgeous) and through the famous Kenai Canyon “rapids” (easy Class 1-2 waves for any age). Finish at Skilak Lake with a sack lunch and motorboat ride to the campground take out point, or opt for an easy 30-45 minute forest walk to the pickup point.
